Rang de Storrs is an annual Garba-Raas competition hosted by students at the University of Connecticut, bringing together collegiate teams from across the country for a weekend of performance, culture, and community. Two years strong, RDS is heading into its 3rd year and has already grown into one of the premier stops on the competitive Raas circuit.

RDS is run entirely by a small group of UConn students who share a love for Garba and Raas and wanted to build a home for that culture on the East Coast.
For Indian families across Connecticut, RDS is a rare chance to see Garba Raas performed at a national level, right here at home.
100% organized and run by UConn students who volunteer their time each year.
